Terms of Service

1. Services

KLY provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Twin Cities metro at $55/hr per cleaner. Quotes are estimates; final cost is based on actual time worked.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a $50 fee to cover reserved team time.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean those areas at no extra charge.

4. Liability

KLY is fully bonded and insured. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service. Our liability is limited to direct repair or replacement cost of the affected item.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

6. Access & Safety

You agree to provide safe access. We reserve the right to decline service in unsafe conditions (biohazards, aggressive animals, etc.).

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms; the latest version is always at klyclean.com/terms.
